Secretary to the Burial Board

I’m the secretary of the Burial Board for Walkeringham Parish Council. I have lived in Walkeringham since 2018, after transferring from Cheshire to take up a post with my employer BUPA. I was privileged to help set up a new BUPA facility in Scunthorpe where I stayed until my retirement. Previously I worked for the NHS in Cheshire working on acute Mental Health Units supporting people with complex issues. I have always been an active person who enjoys walking gardening and socializing with friends and visiting my family in Cheshire. I hope that my position within the burial board gives me the care and compassion that is key when supporting families at a very difficult time.
